These Terms and Conditions cover the use of pentathlon.com.pk and the custom manufacturing service we provide. Pentathlon is a factory-direct maker of custom club teamwear, kits and match gear, based in Sialkot, Pakistan. By requesting a quote or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Every order is bespoke, so please read the sections on custom orders and artwork carefully.

Quotes and orders

A quote is an estimate based on the details you give us and is not a binding contract. An order becomes confirmed only once we have agreed the specification, artwork, quantity and price in writing and you have approved it. We will always confirm minimums, lead times and pricing before production begins.

Minimum orders

Because everything is made to order, minimum quantities apply: from 25 units per kit and from 50 units per ball, with better pricing on larger runs. Minimums for other items are confirmed at quote stage.

Artwork, crests and trademarks

You are responsible for the designs, club names, crests, logos, sponsor marks and other artwork you ask us to reproduce. By placing an order you confirm that you own these or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. We produce custom goods on that basis and cannot be held responsible for claims arising from artwork supplied or requested by you. We will always send a mock-up for your approval before production.

Custom production and approvals

Custom goods are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to anyone else. For that reason, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the goods are faulty or not made to the approved specification. Please check your mock-up, colours, sizes, spelling, names and numbers carefully, because production follows the approved proof.

Pricing and payment

Prices are confirmed in your quote and may change if the specification or quantity changes. Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed before production begins. Prices are exclusive of any local import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lead times and shipping

We give realistic lead times for sampling and production at quote stage and ship worldwide from Sialkot. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or other events outside our control, but we will keep you updated and help resolve any issue.

Faulty goods

If any item arrives faulty or is not made to the approved specification, contact us promptly with details and photos and we will put it right by repair, replacement or another fair remedy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in them removes any statutory rights you may have as a buyer under applicable law.
