Pentathlon manufactures baseball uniforms for clubs, leagues and academies. We make button-front and pullover jerseys, matching pants, caps, belts, warm-ups and training wear, finished with your team colours, lettering, numbers and sponsors.
Jerseys are made from a durable moisture-wicking polyester that resists shrinking and fading through a long season of games and batting practice. Choose classic tackle-twill sewn-on lettering and numbers for a traditional pro look, full-dye sublimation for unlimited colour and graphics, or a mix of the two.

Fabric and construction
Baseball jerseys use a durable moisture-wicking polyester chosen so it does not shrink or fade across a long season of games and batting practice. Button-front jerseys come in short sleeve or sleeveless, alongside a traditional pullover option, with matching pants, caps and belts.
Customization and decoration
Choose classic tackle twill, where team name, lettering and numbers are cut from twill and stitched on for the professional look many teams want, full-dye sublimation for unlimited colour and all-over graphics, or a combination. Full-front twill, left-chest logos, player names and squad numbers are all matched across the uniform from your artwork and an approved mock-up.
Ordering, sizing and delivery
Minimums start at 25 per design across the roster, with fit samples available and sizing from youth YXS to adult 5XL. Combine game and training gear into one club package for the best pricing.
Mock-ups return in one to two days, production runs about two to three weeks, and every order is inspected before it ships worldwide including across the USA.
