This Privacy Policy explains how Pentathlon (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use pentathlon.com.pk or contact us to request a quote. We are a factory-direct manufacturer of custom club teamwear and match gear based in Sialkot, Pakistan, and we keep the information we collect to the minimum we need to answer your enquiry.

What we collect

When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect only what you choose to give us: your name, club or team name, email address, the sport or product you are interested in, approximate quantity, deadline, country and any message or design notes you add. We do not ask for payment card details, passwords or government identification through this website.

Like most websites, our host records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in standard server logs, and our caching layer stores anonymous data to serve pages faster. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.

How we use your information

We use the details you send us for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, mock-up or order. If you go on to place an order, we use the same details to produce and ship it and to stay in touch about that order. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to run the business, for example with our web host and email provider, or with shipping and courier partners when we send an order to you.
