Custom Gaelic Footballs

Match and training-grade Gaelic footballs, size 5, hand or machine stitched and branded in your club colours.

What We Make

Match gear, club-branded.

Pentathlon manufactures size 5 Gaelic footballs for clubs and academies. We make match-grade balls for game day and hard-wearing trainers for the field, all branded with your club name, crest and colours.

You choose the construction to match your level and budget. Hand-stitched balls use tightly sewn panels for a truer shape and a firmer, longer-lasting seam, while machine-stitched balls bring the price down for high-volume practice stock. Panel materials run from durable PVC for trainers up to softer PU laminates for match balls, over a butyl bladder for air retention or a latex bladder for feel.

Ordered factory-direct from 50 units, custom-branded, and shipped worldwide with every order inspected before it leaves the floor.

In Detail

Made to a real spec.

Construction and grades

Hand-stitched balls are sewn panel by panel for a truer, rounder shape and a firmer seam that lasts, which is why they suit match play. Machine-stitched balls are quicker to produce and lower in cost, which suits high-volume training stock.

Panel materials run from tough PVC on trainers up to softer PU laminates on match balls, and you choose a butyl bladder for the best air retention or a latex bladder for a softer feel underfoot.

Branding and ordering

Every ball is printed in your colourway with your club name, crest and sponsor logos across the panels. Order from 50 units custom-branded, with lower per-ball pricing on larger runs, and add balls to a kit order as one club package.

Questions

Good to know.

What is the minimum order for custom Gaelic footballs?

Custom-branded Gaelic footballs start at 50 units, with lower per-ball pricing on larger orders.

What is the difference between hand-stitched and machine-stitched?

Hand-stitched balls have a truer shape and firmer, longer-lasting seam for match play, while machine-stitched balls cost less and suit high-volume training.

Can you print our club crest and colours?

Yes. We print your club name, crest, sponsors and colourway directly onto the panels.

Which bladder should we choose?

A butyl bladder holds air longest and suits training, while a latex bladder gives a softer feel and is popular for match balls.

Can I add balls to a kit order?

Yes. Balls can be combined with your kits and other gear into a single club package and one shipment.
