Pentathlon manufactures American football uniforms for clubs and amateur teams. We make game and practice jerseys with matching numbering and lettering, plus game pants, built with reinforced fabrics and seams for a contact sport and a full season of use.
Jerseys use a heavy stretch mesh body with poly-spandex side panels and sleeves and reinforced shoulders to take the hits, and pants are available plain or with integrated pads. You can have unlimited colour and design in full-dye sublimation, or classic stitched tackle-twill numbers and lettering, or a mix of both.

Fabric and construction
Game jerseys use a heavy, stretchable mesh body with poly-spandex side panels and sleeves for movement and reinforced shoulder construction for contact. Practice jerseys use a lighter, hard-wearing build for volume use.
Game pants come plain to hold your own pads, or with sewn-in integrated pads, in a durable stretch fabric that holds its shape.
Customization and decoration
Choose full-dye sublimation for bold all-over graphics dyed into the fabric that never crack, peel or fade, or classic tackle twill with stitched-on numbers and lettering for a traditional professional look, or combine the two. Names, numbers, logos and sponsors are all matched across game and practice gear from your artwork and a signed-off mock-up.
Ordering, sizing and delivery
Minimums start at 25 per design across positions, with fitted skill-position and roomier line cuts and a youth YXS to adult 5XL range. Fit samples are available on request.
Mock-ups return in one to two days, production runs about two to three weeks, and every order is inspected before it ships worldwide including across the USA and Canada.
