Pentathlon builds complete rugby kits for clubs, schools and academies. We make match jerseys, shorts, socks, training tops, mid-layers and off-field wear, engineered for the tackling, rucking and repeated washing a rugby season puts them through.
You can have your kit in full-dye sublimation for unlimited colours and sponsors, in traditional tackle twill with stitched numbers and badges, or a combination of the two. Match jerseys use tighter, heavier grip-friendly knits with reinforced shoulder and side seams, while training gear is built for high-volume use.
Everything is ordered straight from the factory in your own colours and crest, with minimums built for a single squad. Because everything is made under one roof, you can order it all as one club package: match kits, training kits, jackets, scarves, socks, bags, balls and accessories, matched to a single design and delivered together.

Fabric and construction
Rugby match jerseys are made from a heavier, tighter-knit polyester in the 200 to 260 gsm range so they resist grabbing and stretching in the tackle, with poly-spandex panels where players need movement. Shoulder and side seams are reinforced and, where you want it, we add a grip finish to help ball carrying.
Shorts use a hard-wearing woven fabric, and training tops and mid-layers are built for volume use through a full season.
Customization and decoration
Choose full-dye sublimation for unlimited colours, patterns and sponsors dyed into the fabric, classic tackle twill with stitched-on numbers and badges for a traditional look, or a mix of both across the kit. We work from your crest and sponsor artwork and send a digital mock-up before production.
Ordering, sizing and delivery
Minimums start at 25 per design across forwards and backs, with fit samples available and a size range from youth YXS to adult 5XL. Pricing improves on larger runs and multi-product club packages.
Mock-ups come back in one to two days, production runs about two to three weeks, and every order is inspected before it ships worldwide.
