Pentathlon manufactures complete kits for Gaelic football and hurling clubs and academies. We produce home, away and goalkeeper jerseys, shorts, socks, mid-layers, quarter-zips and training wear, all cut and sewn to your own design in our Sialkot workshop and finished in your club colours, crest, sponsors, player names and numbers.
Match jerseys are made from lightweight, breathable knitted polyester around 150 to 160 gsm, with moisture-wicking yarns and poly-spandex stretch panels where you need movement. Training and off-field pieces step up to heavier 200 to 260 gsm fabrics built to survive constant sessions and heavy washing. Every piece is finished in full-dye sublimation, so colour and graphics are dyed into the fabric and will not crack, peel or fade.

Fabric and construction
Match jerseys use a light, knitted polyester in the 150 to 160 gsm range with moisture-wicking yarns to move sweat off the skin, plus poly-spandex stretch panels for a full range of movement fielding and striking. Seams are flatlocked to sit flat against the skin and reduce rub over a full game.
Training tops, quarter-zips and off-field wear use heavier 200 to 260 gsm knits and interlocks chosen to take repeated sessions and machine washing without going baggy or thin.
Customization and decoration
Everything is finished in full-dye sublimation. Your colourway, patterns, club crest, sponsor logos, player names and squad numbers are dyed into the fabric rather than printed on top, so there is nothing to crack or peel and no limit on colours or design complexity. We work from your existing crest and sponsor artwork and send a digital mock-up for sign-off before anything is cut.

Minimums start at 25 per design, sized for a single squad or academy rather than a stadium, and per-unit pricing drops as the order grows or when you combine several products into one club package. We can supply a fit-sample set so players pick sizes with confidence across a youth YXS to adult 5XL range.
